The origin of My Daily Practices
This book was born years ago as a brief inspirational guide, a collection of advice for cultivating a daily routine that allows you to maintain your energy, your smile and your inner peace. After a period of preservation, this advice transformed, in just a few months, into a book.
Inspired by the wonderful "Evolution Project" of Biodanza facilitated by Carlos García and by my stay at Plum Village with the monks and volunteers following the teachings of Thich Nhat Han, I immersed myself in writing during the most auspicious hours: at dawn, when the air fills with energy and the mind finds its quietude.
My hands seemed to be moved by something much greater than myself. The inspiration didn't stop and the pages kept increasing, enriching the original text with personal experiences, significant learnings and curiosities that I hope will inspire you in your search for your personal routine.
In these pages, you will breathe the guidelines that have led me towards a fuller life. Morning practices, essential for reconnecting with inner calm, have been my beacon on this journey.
This book is an invitation to climb the ladder of light, to courageously embrace the shadows that sometimes inhabit us and to find refuge in the present.
Happiness resides in small daily gestures, in the repetition of conscious actions that connect us with ourselves and with the world.
